Uckfield Art Group's Summer Art Show

Uckfield's Art Group are exhibiting all new artwork for sale at their Summer Art Show on the last Saturday in May.
SAVE THE DATE: May 30th, 10am-4pm!
Enjoy free entry to the Luxford Centre and an exhibition of work by over twenty local artists. Of course, all donations (£) to cover the hall's rent are very gratefully accepted at the door.
Especially for the Summer Show, group members are either creating a copy of a well-known artist's work or producing an original picture in the recognisable style of an influential artist. This is your chance to buy your own truly special work of art inspired by Dali, Van Gogh, Klimt, Botticelli, Dürer, Monet and many more.
Take part in family art activities or watch our Artists in Action while savouring one of our sweet or savoury bakes with a good cup of tea or coffee.
The Centre has disabled access, so everyone is able to enjoy the artwork.
It's easy to get to us. The Luxford Centre is on Library Way, behind The Uckfield Picture House, TN22 1AR, where there's plenty of free parking in the Luxford Car Park.

Our picture today is a copy of Whistlejacket, Stubbs' well-known horse portrait. It's painted by Bethany Susanna Elisabeth Wright, who won the most votes for her martial arts champion at the November Show.
