Fairfax Homes Consultation on future development at Owlsbury

Fairfax invites you to see their proposed masterplan for a future sustainable development at Owlsbury, which will deliver up to 1,700 new homes, including affordable homes and a range of community facilities, including:
• up to 89 hectares of new public open space and play areas
• a local centre with amenities, such as shops, a community space, a mobility hub and shared working areas
• later living accommodation
• sports facilities, including cricket and football
• a community hub with co-working facilities
- cycle and pedestrian connectivity
• a primary school with early years provision
• allotments.
They would like to share their ideas and hear the views of the local community and interest groups.

They will have exhibition boards for the public to see and the team will be on hand to hear your views and answer your questions.
