Weekly classes held on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9.30 to 10.30 at the Harlands Farm Playing Fields, Uckfield. Aimed at the beginner to intermediate level

During inclement weather the classes are held on the footpath surrounding the playing field, under instruction by a qualified coach.
Children under 16 are welcome to attend, providing being accompanied by an adult.
Wear breathable exercise clothing, and bring a bottle of water with you.
