Join Ashdown Forest Wardens for a free guided walk to learn a bit more about the Forest, discover a new walk or just chat about wildlife.

Our next free Walk with the Wardens will be on Thursday 4th April 2024. This walk will take 3-4 hours with stops, so bring plenty of water and some snacks.

Our social stroll will start from Lintons Car Park. If you’d like to learn a bit more about the Forest, discover a new walk or just chat about wildlife this is the walk for you.

As with any walk on Ashdown Forest there will be hills and uneven ground so sturdy footwear is a must. Dogs are more than welcome to accompany their well-behaved owners – please remember to bring poo bags and a lead.

This walk will take approximately 3-4 hours, is free of charge and there is no need to book – just turn up on the day. Unfortunately, this walk will not be suitable for wheelchair users or pushchairs.
