Tony Juniper CBE is coming to Fletching!

Tony Juniper is one of Britain's most influential environmental voices, and he's coming to Fletching. A lifelong advocate for nature, Tony has led Friends of the Earth, served as a senior adviser to the World Wildlife Fund and co-authored a book with King Charles III.  Alongside this impressive CV, he is also a brilliantly compelling speaker.

Tony is currently Chair of Natural England, which places him at the epicentre of the tensions between the drive for growth, and the need to protect and restore the natural ecosystems that we have left.

We will be discussing his new book, “Just Earth: How a Fairer World will Save the Planet” in which he reveals something crucial: environmental destruction and social inequality aren't separate problems—they are part of the same problem. He'll share insights that could change how you see everything from local planning decisions to global climate action.

Imagine having a private conversation with someone who advises governments, influences policy, and shapes the future of our natural world. That's exactly what this evening offers.

All proceeds to Uckfield Community Fridge.
