Are you interested in playing Golf at the prestigious East Sussex National Golf Course and raising funds for Forward Facing Charity.

What does Forward Facing do?
We support families in Sussex whose children are living with long term or life-limiting conditions, complex disabilities, terminal illness or bereavement. We help our families temporarily forget their daily struggles, have fun, express their personalities and make lasting memories. We support not only the children but also parents, carers, siblings and the wider family.
With our focus on creating lasting memories and improving the lives of children and their families, Forward Facing has emerged as a beacon of hope and support in the Sussex community. We are unique in providing support at all stages of a family’s journey, from diagnosis or referral to us, right through to bereavement support when a child tragically dies.
Who do we support?
At Forward Facing we support not only the child but also the family, at the time that they need it most. The children at the core of the families we support suffer from a range of conditions including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, downs syndrome, cancer, leukaemia and epilepsy.
These amazing families often struggle to access activities due to their child’s complex needs. We bridge that gap and create an inclusive environment to create opportunities and experiences that bring happiness and fulfilment to the whole family who have all had such a lot to deal with and continue to do so.
We also support in more practical ways, that can be anything from delivering a takeaway voucher after a tough day at the hospital through to a doorstep delivery of essential Items to a family going through a particularly tough time and the day-to-day tasks and routine are overwhelming.
How can you help us?
You can help us by just enjoying a day of golf with friends, family, colleagues or clients. Forward Facing relies on the kindness of others within our communities, donations and fundraising events. One special person who is supporting us is Jadey Yesilada, an incredible gentleman who has arranged a charity golf day at East Sussex National Golf Resort on 27th August, to help raise money for Forward Facing.
The day will be a lot of fun with 18 holes of golf in a beautiful place with breakfast and lunch included as well as lots of spot prizes throughout the day. Tickets are £100 per person, and we are looking for as many teams of 4, as possible, to take part in the day.
We are also looking for any businesses or individuals that would like to sponsor a hole or donate a prize. If this is something you would like to kindly help with or require any further information please contact stevegraham.esn@gmail.com
