It’s 2005 and Royal Ascot Ladies Day has relocated to York! - A bunch of ladies from the local fish factory swap their work clothes and hair nets for posh dresses and fascinators and head off to the races for a drink, a flirt and a flutter. With the champagne and life stories flowing, will the ladies win a life changing jackpot?
Ladies Day is a down to earth, hilarious, comedy by Amanda Whittington. Played by a talented cast from TODS Productions at the National Trust Smallhythe Barn Theatre, nightly at 7.30pm from Weds 18th September to Saturday 21st.
With belly laughs a plenty amid the beautiful Barn Theatre, this uplifting tale unfolds based around friendship and luck.
