Coker and Clarke, an Eastbourne-based textile retailer, has partnered with Village Artisan Community Shop in Uckfield to host a lampshade-making workshop.

Have you ever wondered, how do I make a lampshade? Well, unleash your creative skills by making your own handmade 30 cm round drum lampshade as Karen from Coker and Clarke guides you through the process step by step during this relaxed crafting session.
This workshop is being held on Saturday, 31 May, at 4.45pm in Village Artisan Community Shop, Uckfield, which is a brand new community-based venture stocking and championing handmade goods from local artists and craftspeople.
The workshop includes all tuition, fabric, materials, and items needed to make your own stunning lampshade. No experience is necessary, and as there is no sewing involved, you do not need to know how to sew!
