Little Snow White

As a special seasonal treat, award-winning Pericles Theatre Company return to Forest Row with their latest show “Little Snow White”, their very own re-telling of the familiar story, once again directed by Vasile Nedelcu and with original music and songs by David Brett which will have you tapping your feet and singing along!

A Queen sits sewing at an open window during a winter snowfall. She pricks her finger with her needle and three drops of blood fall upon the freshly fallen snow. She thinks to herself, "I wish to have a child as white as snow, as red as blood, and as black as the ebony of my favourite window frame!" Her baby daughter is soon born and the Queen names her Snow White…

So begins the traditional story and so begins this version which unfolds more or less as expected but with plenty of Pericles quirks along the way! You won't be disappointed!

As a not-for-profit organisation, any surplus from ticket sales, once costs have been covered, is re-invested into the company. We also rely on grants and donations to survive. All our performers volunteer their time.
