Chance to visit Nutley Windmill. The mill is open on the last Sunday of each month, as well as 28 August (Bank Holiday).

Nutley Windmill has stood on the edge of Ashdown Forest since c. 1835, having been moved from its previous venue in Kent. Parts of the mill are much older than that. On these Open Days you can visit the mill, see how renovations are going and follow the progress of repairs following the collapse of the stocks in November. There is a small visitor centre with information about the mill, and volunteers will be on hand to explain how everything works.
