Full Body workout activities on Saturdays, suitable for everyone and they're free and in the fresh air which so far has been great.

Classes are delivered by fully qualified and registered coaches and the range of exercises are adjusted to cater for all. Set your own pace or bring a friend and be challenged by them, or by others there, it's up to you what you do.
