A walk starting at Bridge Cottage, taking in Harlands Farmhouse and pond, the Pilot's Memorial, New Road and Boothlands Wood, looking at the history of the area. Walk is led by Brian Phillips of Uckield & District Preservation Society, and will be similar to a walk he led in July.
The route includes steps, steep slopes and rough ground, and will include a refrshment stop at Ridgewood Stores.
Total distance is c. 5 miles, and it will takec. 3 hours.
