Brian Hart has spent many years promoting the re-instatement of the railway line from Uckfield to Lewes. In the course of this work he has researched the history of railways around Uckfield. This research is collected in his recently published book 'Uckfield's Railway: Triumph and Tragedy'. This talk will be based on Brian's book, and his ideas for the future of the line.
