Eastbourne Borough are back at home this weekend as they face Chelmsford City, who sit in 15th, while Tommy Widdrington’s side remain in the relegation zone but know a win would see them move to within two points of safety.
Elsewhere, Lewes are also at home and will host third from bottom Welling United, while Crowborough Athletic travel away to an out of form Beckenham Town.
In the Southern Combinations League, AFC Uckfield Town will visit Mile Oak, looking for their first win under new manager Ryan Huckle, while Jarvis Brook look to welcome Ringmer AFC.
Over to the Mid Sussex Leagues, Rotherfield are away to a Cuckfield Rangers side they trail by two points in the standings, as Barcombe visit Rotherfield 2nd’s, hoping to extend their one point lead at the top of their division, while Buxted play away to the Cuckfield Rangers 2nd’s.
Lastly for the men’s, Hartfield will travel to face bottom of their league Welcroft Park Rangers 2nd’s, as Maresfield Village visit Ditchling, while Plumpton Athletic host a midtable The View side.
Now in women’s football, and a massive game for Lewes on Sunday, in the team’s final fixture of 2025, as the Rooks play at the Dripping Pan in the third round of the FA Women’s Cup, where they will face Crystal Palace, who sit midtable in the division above.
Over to the men’s rugby, Crowborough are away to a Beccehamian side they sit level on points with, while Heathfield & Waldron play at home to second from bottom Cranbrook, as Uckfield play away to Crowborough 2nd’s.
Lastly in women’s rugby on Sunday, Heathfield & Waldron face their last fixture of 2025 as they visit Hammersmith & Fulham, with just three points separating the two mid-table sides.
