Ashdown Radio to launch a BRAND NEW station

We are delighted this afternoon to announce that Ashdown Retro is coming on Friday 27th February!

Ashdown Radio Unveils New Retro Station for East Sussex. 

We are thrilled to announce its official launch of Ashdown Retro at 9am on Friday 27th February 2026.

The station will be playing a mixture of music from 1960 through to 1999 to listeners across East Sussex and beyond! 

Ashdown Radio Director Ryan Millns said, "We're more than just music; we're a community hub. Our goal is to bring the best mix of music to East Sussex and with the addition of Ashdown Retro, we really will be able to bring you the music you grew up with 24/7.
