Could Eastbourne be getting a new TK Maxx?

Eastbourne could soon be getting a new TK Maxx in the town centre, if plans are approved.

Two planning applications have been submitted to the local planning department at Eastbourne Borough Council by TJX Europe.

They lay out plans for a new store located at The Beacon.

One application seeks the permission to install new TK Maxx signs on the exterior at the rear of The Beacon on Ashford Road. The sign will be internally illuminated and located above existing signage.

The other application seeks permission to install a heating and air conditioning plant inside the unit.
