The iconic Dotto mini train is scheduled to return to the Eastbourne seafront on Saturday, 28th March 2026.
. This seasonal service, operated by Stagecoach, provides a picturesque "hop on and hop off" route between Holywell Retreat and Sovereign Harbour.
2026 Operating Dates:-
The train will run on specific dates throughout the spring and summer seasons:
- Easter Holidays: 28 March – 12 April (Daily)
- May Bank Holiday Weekend: 2 – 4 May
- May Weekends: Every Saturday and Sunday throughout May
- Daily Summer Service: 23 May – 13 September
- Note: The service will be suspended from 13 – 16 August during the Eastbourne International Airshow (Airbourne).

- Holywell Retreat
- Wish Tower Slopes
- Eastbourne Pier
- Fisherman's Green
- Fun Fort
- Sovereign Centre
- Sovereign Harbour (Atlantic Drive)
Tickets and Pricing:-
Tickets can be purchased directly from the conductor on the train; no pre-booking is required.
- Single Ride: £3.00 for adults, £1.80 for children (ages 5–15).
- DayRider (Unlimited Hop-on/off): £5.50 for adults, £3.00 for children.
- Accessibility: The rear carriage is equipped with facilities to accommodate wheelchair users.
- Pets: Well-behaved dogs are permitted to ride for free.
