A person has been taken to hospital following a collision in Eastbourne.
The very busy Seaside Road in Eastbourne was closed this morning (Monday, March 17) due to the incident.
South East Coast Ambulance were called to the scene shortly after 9.20am.
A spokesperson confirmed that Ambulance crews attended the scene to and assess and treat a patient before taking them to The Conquest Hospital in Hastings for further medical treatment.
Stagecoach buses were forced to divert while the road closures was in place, causing delays to all local services.
