Hastings celebrates diversity with annual Pride festival

Hastings Pride is celebrating its milestone 10th anniversary on Sunday, 30 August 2026, with a vibrant, colourful day of entertainment designed to foster community, equality, and inclusion.

Organised as a free-entry event by Hastings Pride CIC, the festival relies on community donations to stay accessible to all. The event begins with a spectacular public procession before moving to a dedicated festival grounds area for an afternoon of live music and performance.

Event Schedule & Locations

  • 10:00 AM — Parade Assembly: The colorful procession forms up at the Stade Open Space in Hastings Old Town.
  • 11:00 AM — Pride March: The parade sets off along the seafront, moving through the town centre.
  • 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM — Main Festival: Events transfer to The Oval recreation ground, which opens its gates at 11:40 AM for stalls, food vendors, and main stage performances.
