More than 200 runners took part in the annual Run to Run 2026 sponsored race along the Cuckoo Trail in East Sussex.

- The Cause: The event successfully raised vital funds for the Children with Cancer Fund, a local charity that provides practical and financial assistance to the families of children diagnosed with cancer.
- The Location & Date: The event took place on Saturday, 30 May 2026, kicking off from the School Lane entrance in Polegate and tracing down the scenic, traffic-free trail.
- The Distances: To cater to all fitness levels, the race featured a family-friendly "Mini Mile", alongside standard 5K and 10K routes.
- Community Support: Volunteers from the Rapid Relief Team (RRT) supported the participants by managing refreshment stations and serving warm meals at the finish line.
