Lewes District Council is acquiring 33 new affordable homes as part of a new development currently underway at Noland’s Farm in Plumpton Green.
This will be a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses and apartments. Of these, 25 will be allocated as new council homes for local people on our housing register, and 8 will be allocated for shared ownership.
The homes will be completed and handed over in stages, starting autumn 2026.
This development is part of the council’s ongoing commitment to build and acquire new affordable and council homes for local people.
