The East Sussex Stoptober campaign offers free, judgement-free one-to-one support and stop-smoking aids, making residents up to three times more likely to quit successfully than trying alone.
The county-wide initiative is led locally by One You East Sussex in partnership with the national Stoptober campaign. Research highlights that if you manage to stay smoke-free for 28 days, you are five times more likely to quit for good.
