Govia Thameslink Railway. which operates Southern and Gatwick Express trains, are on the search for aspiring engineers to join their 2026 apprenticeship intake.
Apprentices will learn how to maintain a large fleet of trains and take on more responsibility as the four-year apprenticeship progresses. The course is a balance of practical and theory learning, leading to a UK-recognised trade qualification.
Applications are open to anyone aged 16 or over and candidates are required to have Level 4 or above in GCSE English, Maths and Science to qualify.
