BUXTED SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA SUMMER CONCERT
Following the success of our March concert, where we performed to an enthusiastic full house, we are busily rehearsing for our Summer Concert which is to be held at 7.30 pm on Sunday 10th July at the Church of St. Margaret the Queen in Buxted Park.
Under the baton of conductor Julian Broughton and leader Lisa Wigmore, the orchestra will be playing Beethoven's Coriolan Overture and Symphony No. 1 in C major, with the talented young French Horn player, Molly Bielecki, performing Mozart's Horn Concerto No. 4.
Tickets at the door (students & under 18s free), and we are now able to take both cash and card/contactless payments.
Wine, soft drinks and nibbles will be served during the interval (donations welcome).
Please come along and support your local orchestra - we would love to see you, whether as a returning regular or a newcomer.
