Sussex Police are appealing for a man to come forward following a fatal collision on the A27 on Wednesday, 15 July.
Officers investigating the collision, which resulted in the death of a 20-year-old woman, are keen to speak to the man pictured, Mohammed Rasauli, 22, as part of their enquiries.
Detective Inspector Kani Barawi said: "We are continuing to carry out extensive enquiries to establish the full circumstances surrounding this tragic collision.
"I am appealing directly to Mohammed to get in touch with us as soon as possible. We believe you may have information that could assist our investigation, and I would urge you to come forward and speak to officers.
"If anyone knows of Mohammed's whereabouts, or has been in contact with him recently, please ask him to contact Sussex Police immediately."
