Ashdown Radio director and presenter Ryan Millns, will be hosting St Wilfrid's Hospice's Rainbow Run on Saturday 7th June
The 5K, multi coloured, afternoon of fun is back on Saturday 7th June 2025. With 7 paint stations, 2 foam stations and 1 big paint party – it is the ultimate family fun run in East Sussex this summer!
The event is taking place at Nash Street Farm, near Hailsham, which is also the venue for the hugely popular Chiddfest Music Festival.
Rainbow Run is perfect for families, friends, colleagues and anyone else who wants to experience the joy of running through the colours of the rainbow, whilst raising funds for hospice care. So far, over 1500 runners have signed up!
If you’re not rainbow-coloured enough by the time you cross the finish line, the event closes with a spectacular Paint Party!
Last year's event sold out, with 1,200 Rainbow Runners taking part and raised over £70,000 for the hospice.
