The long awaited new Ikea store will open in Brighton next month.
The news was shared on banners put outside Churchill Square Shopping Centre.
Ikea’s parent company The Ingka Group bought the mall in 2023 and the store will open in the shopping centre's former Debenhams unit on the upper two levels.
A spokesperson for the company said, “Our next step now is to plan the store meticulously, ensuring every detail aligns with the insights we've gathered. We are incredibly excited about this new chapter and look forward to opening our doors in Brighton, where we can bring locally relevant solutions to life for the vibrant community here.”
Some 120 roles have been advertised for the new shop.
