Wealden Police has increased patrols, due to reports of anti-social behaviour in the town
Increased patrols in Uckfield Town Centre ![]()
Our local policing team has been carrying out high-visibility patrols in the Uckfield area following an increase in reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB).
Anti-social behaviour can include things like intimidating or rowdy behaviour, vandalism, public drinking, and other actions that cause distress or nuisance to others. We know how much this can impact local residents and businesses, and we're committed to addressing it.
During our patrols, we've been speaking with local shop owners and members of the public to offer reassurance and gather any concerns. Our visible presence is not only aimed at deterring ASB but also at strengthening our connection with the community.
If you witness or experience anti-social behaviour:
Call 999 in an emergency
Call 101 for non-emergency situations
Or report online
Working together, we can help keep Wealden a safe place for everyone.
