An outline planning application has been formally submitted by applicant Martin Grant Land to build up to 215 new homes on the eastern edge of Uckfield, East Sussex.
The proposed development, known as Bird in Eye North, is situated on 17.4 hectares of land north of Bird in Eye Hill and just south of the Oxted railway line.
