Nic Gray, ADHD coach and founder of Nic Gray & Associates in Hailsham, attended the prestigious Small Business Sunday (SBS) winners’ event on 20 February 2026, joining entrepreneurs from across the UK to celebrate the power of community-led business growth.
Nic became an SBS winner in November 2022 through the initiative run by retail entrepreneur and former Dragons’ Den investor Theo Paphitis. Since its launch, the programme has recognised more than 4,500 small businesses, creating a thriving network of founders who support each other’s development and success.
Reflecting on the experience, Nic said: “Winning SBS in 2022 opened the door to a community that has genuinely supported the growth and pivot of my business. As an ADHD coach supporting entrepreneurs and professionals, being surrounded by other passionate business owners is incredibly motivating. I feel very grateful to be part of it.”
Small Business Sunday encourages entrepreneurs to share their businesses on social media each Sunday between 5pm and 7.30pm, with weekly winners chosen personally by Theo Paphitis and welcomed into the national SBS network.
