A popular pub in Horsebridge has been put up for sale
The Kings Head, based in Lower Horsebridge, Hailsham, is being listed by commercial estate agents Christie and Co.
The detached property has five letting rooms, a 200-cover function room, and a 90-cover restaurant.
According to the agents, there is potential to add eight more letting rooms. The pub also has a car park with room for over 40 vehicles.
The business has been under the same ownership for the past 15 years.
The agents said: "The pub offers a warm atmosphere with a huge range of wholesome foods including a carvery.
"There is also a function room able to cater for large parties."
