Weekend Sprting Preview

Lewes are facing a big test this weekend, as the side travels away to face top of the league Dover Athletic, with The Rooks looking to end their six game winless streak that has seen them drop down to 11th.

Crowborough Athletic will be aiming to keep their good form going when they host midtable AFC Varndeanians, as AFC Uckfield Town travel away to face eighth in the league Billinghurst, who The Oakmen will overtake with all three points, while Jarvis Brook visit second from bottom Bosham.

In the Mid Sussex Leagues, cup action will see Rotherfield host the Cuckfield Rangers in the Montgomery Cup quarter finals, while Ridgewood visit Westfield 2nd’s in the SCFA Intermediate Cup, as Buxted travel to face Southwick in the Stratford Cup.
