Elsewhere, Heathfield Park also had their fixture called off, as Newick claimed a 61 run victory over Hailsham 2nd’s, while Isfield mathematically confirmed their promotion despite seeing their tie against Lewes Priory also abandoned.
Meanwhile, Barcombe and Plumpton & East Chiltington’s match was not able to finish, while Fletching beat Crowhurst Park 2nd’s by 83 runs, as Rotherfield fell to a six wicket loss to Lewes St Michaels.
