Here's a round-up of what's happening locally in the world of sport

Big news from AFC Uckfield Town, with it being confirmed first team manager Billy Wood is leaving the club to rejoin Lancing, after his initial appointment back in May. The Oakmen, who currently sit eighth in the Southern Combinations Division 1, are yet to make an official statement on Wood’s departure

Lewes are at the Dripping Pan as they look to host 19th in the league Hendon, with The Rooks aiming to register their first win in four.

Elsewhere, it's a big match for Crowborough Athletic, as the third place side travel to face top of the league Hassocks, who currently sit twelve points clear of the chasing pack, while Jarvis Brook play their final league match of the season when they visit last place Bosham.

In the Mid Sussex Leagues, Rotherfield are at home against the Cuckfield Rangers, while Ridgewood face a tough test when they welcome table topping Crowhurst, as Barcombe visit second in their league Wivelsfield Green.

Meanwhile, Buxted host bottom of their league Cuckfield Rangers Development, as Nutley travel to face Montpellier Villa 2nd’s.

Lastly in the men’s, Newick are away against Cuckfield Town 2nd’s needing a win to remain top of the table, while Plumpton Athletic are at home against second from bottom Hurstpierpoint 2nd’s, with Hartfield hosting Maresfield Village 2nd’s looking to make it ten league games unbeaten.

Now in women’s football, tomorrow's fixtures sees Lewes play at home against Oxford United, with The Rooks sitting in seventh after one win in five, while AFC Uckfield Town are at home to top of their league The View.

Finally, in women’s rugby on Sunday, Heathfield & Waldron face a top two clash as the current league leaders host second place Dartford Valley, with the visitors trailing the home side by two points, but have a game in hand, while Uckfield prepare to visit East Grinstead.
