Ashdown Radio and Crowborough Town Council maintain a close partnership to deliver several major community events in Crowborough throughout the year.

Ashdown Radio & Crowborough Town Council maintain a close partnership to deliver several major community events in Crowborough throughout the year. The station will serve as a key media partner and provide on-air promotion and hosting duties for the town's primary festivities. 

Major Upcoming Events (2026)

The official 2026 schedule for these collaborative events is as follows:-

• Crowfest 2026: A free one-day music festival held at Goldsmiths Recreation Ground.
  • Date & Time: Saturday, 11th July 2026, from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
  • Highlights: Live music from local artists, market stalls, food and drink outlets, and a dedicated children's activity zone 

• Annual Firework Display: A spectacular musical firework event.
  • Date & Time: Thursday, 5th November 2026. Gates open at 6:00 pm, with the display starting at 7:30 pm.
  • Location: Goldsmiths Recreation Ground.

• Christmas Cracker: The town's popular Christmas fair and lights switch-on.
  • Date & Time: Friday, 27th November 2026, from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm.

Highlights: Street performers, festive stalls, Santa's Grotto, and the Christmas lights switch-on at 6:00 pm in the High Street.
