Crowborough cafe given 1* food hygiene rating

Will's Cafe & Grill on The Broadway in Crowborough was given the low rating after a recent inspection

A score of one is the second lowest of the six possible ratings.

This rating indicates that "major improvement" is required in terms of the restaurant's food hygiene.

The cafe and grill, known for its breakfasts, burgers, and chicken dishes, also offers an array of hot drinks, cakes, and pastries.

The restaurant was judged on three categories: hygienic handling of food, cleanliness and condition of facilities, and management of food safety.
