Holocaust Memorial Day offers a moment for communities across the country to pause and remember the millions of people who suffered during the Holocaust and in the genocides that followed.

Eastbourne’s Holocaust Memorial Day event, organised by dedicated local volunteers, will take place on Tuesday 27 January 2026 at 6.30pm at the Welcome Building (next to the Congress Theatre), Carlisle Road, Eastbourne, BN21 4BP. The evening will bring together a meaningful programme of musical performances, poetry and contributions from guest speakers.
