Vehicle entries are now open for Magnificent Motors, which gears up for a return to Eastbourne from 2 – 3 May.
The annual spectacular is preparing to showcase over a century of motoring on the seafront Western Lawns and Wish Tower Slopes, over the May Bank Holiday weekend.

Individual classic car and vintage vehicle owners can now apply for a pitch at the event, which regularly attracts more than 600 vehicles a day. Places are limited each day and exhibitors are encouraged to book early to avoid missing out.
Established as one of the biggest free to visit motoring festivals on the south coast, each year Magnificent Motors hosts a unique selection of vehicles ranging from vintage heirlooms, classic coupés and revered retros to motorbikes, high performance sports cars and the latest in EV technology from local dealerships.

With many cars having an interesting back story – from film appearances to celebrity owners – this year will see a new arena attraction each day, with star cars showcased alongside interviews with their owners.
Visitors can also look forward to funfair attractions for all the family throughout the weekend, as well as a range of retailers, food outlets and a bar too.
Eastbourne Borough Council’s Lead Member for Tourism & Place, Cllr Jenny Williams said, “Magnificent Motors is always such a brilliant start to the season with thousands of motoring fans in attendance. Each year the event is oversubscribed for exhibitors, so please do apply as soon as possible to avoid missing out – we can’t wait to hear your stories behind the star cars on display.”

Magnificent Motors is supported by PRG Marketing Communications and Signtek. The event returns from Saturday 2 – Sunday 3 May, from 10.30am to 4.30pm each day and is free to spectators.
Vehicle exhibitor entries cost £5.50 per day to support event running costs and all exhibitors receive a commemorative plaque. Entries for each era of motoring will close once places are full.
