Former player Michael Burgess amongst the squad after his return on loan from Warwickshire for the competition, having previously left the team in 2019.

And in the local leagues, Crowborough are away to bottom of the league Laughton, as Uckfield Anderida are away to Selmeston and Alciston, as they look to extend their gap at the top of the division. Buxted Park are away to Haywards Heath, Isfield are at home to Lewes Priory, and Plumpton & East Chiltington host Balcombe.

Barcombe and Fletching are set to face off this weekend, as Fletching search for their first win of the season, and Newick travel to bottom of the table Pevensey. Nutley are hosting Bexhill’s 3rd XI, Rotherfield are at home to Robertsbridge’s 2nd XI, Blackboys are facing Pevensey’s 2nd XI, and Hadlow Down are at home to Rottingdean’s 4th XI.

Uckfield Bowls Club are back in Horam League action this weekend,  heading away to Hellingly tomorrow before hosting Groombridge on Sunday, as they look to improve upon their two game winning streak in the competition. Crowborough have a double header at home, as they host Frant and Pembury over the weekend.

Brighton Women are gearing up for their final match of the WSL season, as they are at home to Leicester City, knowing that anything outside of a loss will guarantee at least 10th in the table.
