Uckfield Anderida got back to winning ways with a convincing nine-wicket win over Tunbridge Wells Borderers at the Victoria Ground.
There was victory too for Crowborough, who won at Mayfield’s third team by 66 runs.
There was disappointment for Buxted Park, who lost to Seaford by six wickets.
Elsewhere, Isfield went top of their league after a 119-run victory over Pett. Newick defeated Bexhill’s second eleven by 23 runs. Barcombe beat Crawley Down by 30 runs, while Fletching had a 21-run win over St Matthias.
There was a close finish at Plumpton and East Chiltington, where the home side beat St Andrews Burgess Hill by just three runs.
Blackboys remain top of their division after a 106-run win over Bells Yew Green’s third team.
There were defeats for Rotherfield and Nutley.
Turning to local football, and in Saturday’s pre-season friendlies, AFC Uckfield Town lost two-nil at Sutton Athletic, while Crowborough Athletic beat neighbours Jarvis Brook one-nil.
