Eastbourne father and son to take on Tough Mudder challenge after receiving life-changing diagnosis

An Eastbourne father and son, Chris and Caleb, are tackling a 15-kilometre Tough Mudder challenge together following Caleb's sudden diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes.

The pair will take on the gruelling course of mud, water, and obstacles on 19 September 2026. They are raising funds for the East Sussex Children's Diabetes Team, an organisation that supports local children and families living with the condition.
