Josh Babarinde, the Member of Parliament for Eastbourne, is hosting a housing and homelessness-focused event on Monday, 26th January, 11 am – 1 pm in Eastbourne Town Centre
Josh will be joined by a range of local organisations and charities:
- Eastbourne Borough Council
- Eastbourne Foodbank
- BHT
- Matthew 25 Mission
- Kingdom Way Trust
- FSN
- Citizens Advice.
In a statement, Mr Babarinde said:
“My team and I have dealt with over 600 housing-related cases since I became Eastbourne's MP. Housing remains one of the biggest challenges facing residents in Eastbourne.
My goal is to ensure that everyone in Eastbourne has access to safe, secure and affordable homes, as well as the support needed to prevent homelessness and to help folks who do fall on hard times to quickly get back on their feet.
This event is free and open to all. It is a valuable opportunity to meet a range of fantastic local organisations who can provide information, advice and support to people facing housing-related challenges.”
