. The financial injection supports communities along the A259 corridor between Seaford and Falmer, specifically targeting Peacehaven and Telscombe Cliffs.
The investment funds three new vehicles operated by Brighton & Hove Buses and is projected to add 374,300 bus journeys annually.

The expansion improves daytime connectivity, nighttime safety, and holiday travel:
- Route 23 Extended: Extends to North Peacehaven, linking residents directly to Brighton Marina, local universities, and primary job hubs.
- 12X Coaster Express: Boosts frequency on the A259 corridor, with buses running every 12 minutes.
- 24-Hour Night Services: Night routes N12 and N14 will scale up to operate hourly through the night.
- Route 14 Weekend Expansion: Adds new Sunday and Public Holiday extensions servicing the Newhaven Sainsbury's.
- Streamlined Routing: Eliminates complex 14B and 14C route variations to minimize delays and enhance overall reliability.
