This new Banking Hub in Uckfield will provide residents with crucial access to face-to-face banking services on the High Street, helping to ensure residents who rely on in-person banking are not left behind as more services move online.
This is really important to the more vulnerable residents who have taken the time to talk to Mims about their concerns, as well as elderly residents who rely on face-to-face assistance.

Mims attended the official opening, alongside the Mayor, Councillors, and representatives involved in the project and seeing first-hand the facilities now available to people across East Grinstead and the surrounding area after a huge amount of hard work and persistence more Mims and the team.

The Banking Hub provides a range of banking services, ensuring continued access to cash and face-to-face banking support within the community which I know is really important for our more vulnerable and elderly residents, as well as charities, businesses, and community organisations.
Opening Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
Customers can access the following services:
- Cash withdrawals and cash deposits. Personal & Business Banking
- Balance enquiries.
- Bill payments.
- Cheque deposits.
- Change giving service for small businesses
In addition, Community Bankers from participating banks will be available on dedicated days throughout the week to provide customers with more specialist banking support.
