Sussex Police are appealing for witnesses after a man reported being sexually assaulted by two men in Helen Garden, King Edward's Parade, Eastbourne.
The incident is reported to have occurred between the evening of Monday, 13 April 2026, and the early hours of Tuesday, 14 April 2026.
Suspect Descriptions:-
Police have released descriptions of two men they are seeking to identify:
- Suspect 1: White male, approximately 28 years old, 6'2" tall, with dark blonde hair and facial stubble. He was last seen wearing an orange top, grey tracksuit, and blue Nike trainers.
- Suspect 2: Male, approximately 30 years old, with short dark hair and a dark beard. He was wearing a blue top and bottoms with black trainers.
How to Assist the Investigation:-
Detective Sergeant Charlotte Morriss stated that police patrols have been increased in the area for reassurance. Investigators are particularly interested in:
- Eyewitnesses who may have been in the Helen Garden area during the reported timeframe.
- Footage from doorbell cameras or vehicle dashcams that may have captured the suspects.
