Public consultation commences for planned housing site in Uckfield

A planned housing development at Bird in Eye Hill, Uckfield is seeking to deliver up to 215 new homes.

The proposed development, labelled Bird in Eye North, also includes 'suitable alternative natural green space'.

Developer Martin Grant Homes are holding a period of community engagement until 3 December 2025.
