On Tuesday 20th February, The 4th Uckfield Guides had a tour of our studios
On Tuesday evening, 20 February, 4th Uckfield Guides visited Ashdown Radio in preparation for World Thinking Day that since 1926 is celebrated every year on 22 February.
They were hosted by East Sussex Today presenter Peter Suter & our Operations Director Gary King, who showed them the inner workings of the Radio Station.
They then prepared their own scripts, and in teams of 3 & 4 recorded their own special messages related to their Guide experiences.
Presenter Peter Suter said, ‘It was an absolute pleasure to host the young ladies, who did a brilliant job in scripting and recording their own messages’.
