Ashdown Radio's Community Awards takes place tomorrow evening

Ashdown Radio have teamed up with The Uckfield Volunteer Centre to award local heroes

The Ashdown Radio Community Awards, in association with the Uckfield Volunteer Centre is taking place tomorrow evening (Friday 24th November) at The East Sussex National Hotel in Uckfield.

The evening will be presented by Ashdown Radio's Breakfast show host and Programme Director Ryan Millns. The black tie event starts at 7pm with a drinks reception, followed by a 3 course meal and celebrates those in our community that have gone above and beyond.

The awards that are being awarded tomorrow night, include:-

. Carer Of The Year

. Charity Fundraiser Of The Year

. Community Green Award

. Emergency Services Person Of The Year

. Teacher Of The Year

The Uckfield Volunteer Centre will also be presenting the Service To Our Community Award, along with The Ashdown Radio Lifetime Achievement Award.
