Home Bargains is the latest store to sign a lease at The Ashdown Business Park
The budget homeware store is set to open a large out-of-town shop on The Ashdown Business Park, just outside of Uckfield.
The store is the latest in a number of renovations at the business park after Marks and Spencer announced plans for a new food hall at the site, which is set to open in November 2023.
Listings for the new Home Bargains store show that it will open in early January 2024.
The news comes as there are plans to expand The Ashdown Business Park with applications for a 60,000 square metre extension to the site.
The retailer also has sites at Langney Shopping Centre in Eastbourne and Chichester.
