Beginning on the 28th of March, street performances and artists are set to return to the streets of Sussex across April and May to promote the district's vibrant cultural scene.
The event starts off in Polegate on the 28th of March from 2-5PM featuring acts including African acrobatics, Xena Flame's dazzling hula hoop skills walk around acts such as Flying Buttresses.
Following this, on Saturday the 19th of April from 11.30AM - 2.30PM Crowborough will be hosting acts such as Dan the Hat's comedy juggling, street theatre and stilt walker Dolly Delicious. Then, on the 26th of April, from 11.30 - 2.30PM animal themed walkabout performances will be coming to Heathfield for a day of family fun!
On the 17th of May from 11.30AM- 2.30 PM in Hailsham there will be a falconry display, comedy acrobatics, stilt-walking DJs, and more Dolly Delicious!
The final is set to be held in Uckfield on Saturday the 24th of May from 11.30- 2.30PM. Acts include: puppet pigeons, very funny fake paparazzi, and street act Circo Rum Ba Ba’s popular Whizzers.
The project is made possible by funding from funding from the UK government as part of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
